Bought to replace the Fazer because Ben the Boy was turning into a lard arse. This was a fantastic bike which I regretted selling on a whim to buy the troublesome R1100S.  I hunted high and low for one of these for weeks, eventually this one turned up on my doorstep. Probably the last of the decent BMWs, after this they went to crap as more components were bought in from the far east in an attempt to keep production costs down. This bike never let me down once.
